This is a key role on the site. You'll own the industrial performance program and help stabilize and standardize operations, reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering. - Standardizing critical process parameters through standard work, center lining (CL) and CIL routines
- Rolling out SPC and running capability studies to validate process performance
- Building daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Operations
- Using OEE systems to identify bottlenecks, losses and labor performance, and owning OEE data integrity
- Leading CI projects across safety, waste, quality, asset reliability and yield
- Running regular Gemba walks and getting to the root cause of process variation
What you'll bring
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
- 5–8 years' progressive experience leading CI, Lean or Six Sigma, or deploying industrial performance programs
- Experience building operational standards, standard work and routines
- A track record of driving change across processes, people and teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, plus the confidence to influence decisions
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Experience in food manufacturing or another regulated industry
- Hands-on experience with TPM, IWS, Lean or Six Sigma systems
- Working knowledge of DMAIC, SPC and time and motion studies
