  • Rolling out SPC and running capability studies to validate process performance

  • Building daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Operations

  • Using OEE systems to identify bottlenecks, losses and labor performance, and owning OEE data integrity

  • Leading CI projects across safety, waste, quality, asset reliability and yield

  • Running regular Gemba walks and getting to the root cause of process variation

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field

  • 5–8 years' progressive experience leading CI, Lean or Six Sigma, or deploying industrial performance programs

  • Experience building operational standards, standard work and routines

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills, plus the confidence to influence decisions

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with TPM, IWS, Lean or Six Sigma systems

  • Working knowledge of DMAIC, SPC and time and motion studies
