• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly assess their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Offer virtual therapy sessions to accommodate clients' schedules and accessibility needs, ensuring they receive the care they require.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical standards and provides clarity in client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through peer supervision, training sessions, and professional associations to enhance your practice.

As a therapist, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients and collaborate with them to create personalized paths toward recovery and resilience. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). PsyD candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A genuine commitment to supporting clients with a non-judgmental attitude and a thorough understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in therapy.

• Experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling settings, demonstrating familiarity with relevant technologies and platforms.
