Rethink Counseling, LLC is actively seeking dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to join our compassionate team in providing high-quality, personalized mental health services in a fully remote setting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and caseload management, while allowing flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.


• Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to address anxiety, trauma, depression, and other mental health concerns.


• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly assess their progress throughout the treatment journey.


• Offer virtual therapy sessions to accommodate clients' schedules and accessibility needs, ensuring they receive the care they require.


• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical standards and provides clarity in client care.


• Engage in ongoing professional development through peer supervision, training sessions, and professional associations to enhance your practice.

The client population at Rethink Counseling encompasses diverse individuals seeking effective support for a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. As a therapist, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients and collaborate with them to create personalized paths toward recovery and resilience. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). PsyD candidates are also encouraged to apply.


• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.


• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.


• A genuine commitment to supporting clients with a non-judgmental attitude and a thorough understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in therapy.

• Experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling settings, demonstrating familiarity with relevant technologies and platforms.


• Additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or family systems therapy are highly valued.


• Demonstrated ability to engage in evidence-based practices and maintain a strong caseload effectively.
