We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Primary Care physician to join our team and assume an established practice in anticipation of an upcoming physician retirement in 2029.

    • No cap on earning potential; physicians are earning $350K-$700K on average

Practice Details:

  • Value-based, longitudinal care practice with Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes
  • Join a collaborative team of 2 Internal Medicine and 1 Family Medicine Physician Partners in your clinic, with additional physicians and multidisciplinary colleagues across the group
  • Gradually take over a physicians panel, with mentorship and warm patient hand-offs as they transition toward retirement
  • Choose either an outpatient-only practice or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient practice utilizing hospitalists
  • Flexibility to focus on clinical interests (ADHD, mental health, womens health, LGBTQ+ care, etc.)
  • Receive clinical support from your team of Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and others
    • Support staff function at the top of their training, assisting with in-basket management, refills, prior auths, and care coordination
  • Care Management and Hospital at Home resources available, extending care outside of the clinic
  • Monday - Friday: No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
  • Clinic Hours:
    • Monday - Thursday 8:00a to 5:00p
    • Friday 8:00a to 2:30p
  • Schedule: 4.5 days patient care and .5 days set aside for administrative work
  • Call: light phone only and triaged first
    • 1:4 weekends
  • Volume: Gradual onboarding ramp-up to build confidence with the EMR, flow, and coding
    • Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success
  • Incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired
  • Lean Clinical Practice Model: Streamlines patient care, standardizing workflows, optimizing team roles, and using data-driven continuous improvement to reduce wait times, lower costs, and improve quality
  • NextGen EMR
  • AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available

Requirements:

  • MD or DO
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
  • Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
