<p><strong>Position Summary: <br /><br /></strong></p><p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, organizing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities of Shipping Clerk:<br /><br /></strong></p><ul><li data-section- data-start="712" data-end="775">Pick, package, and ship sales orders accurately and on time</li><li data-section- data-start="776" data-end="871">Label, weigh, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring correct shipping methods and charges</li><li data-section- data-start="872" data-end="954">Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, parcels, and correspondence</li><li data-section- data-start="955" data-end="1022">Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)</li><li data-section- data-start="1023" data-end="1099">Coordinate with shipping team members to ensure timely order fulfillment</li><li data-section- data-start="1100" data-end="1193">Communicate effectively with logistics personnel, customer service, and service providers</li><li data-section- data-start="1194" data-end="1264">Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment</li><li data-section- data-start="1265" data-end="1356">Provide backup support for shipping, receiving, and quality control functions as needed</li><li data-section- data-start="1357" data-end="1418">Ensure products are stored properly and handled with care</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Attention to Detail and Accuracy</strong></li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Some previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience</li><li>Prior forklift or pallet jack experience beneficial</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, team-goal oriented environment</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain pace</li><li>Basic Computer and data entry skills</li><li>Must maintain a work ready space</li><li>Have a growth and constant learning mindset</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:<br /><br /></strong>Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and pull for an eight hour shift.<br />Most items weigh less than 25 pounds</p><p>Ability to move at a swift and steady pace</p><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule:<br /><br /></strong>Mon-Wednesday guaranteed 6:00-2:30pm, with opportunities for peak performers to work on Thursday and Friday. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong><br />Starting wage is $17.00/hr<br />Health, Dental, Vision, and a HSA plan are offered once hired by the company.</p><p>Growth and advancement opportunities!<br />This is a Direct Start opportunity as the company is looking to start employees right away.<br /><br /><br /></p><p> </p><p>#CIDEP</p><p> </p>PandoLogic.
