Shipping Clerk

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, organizing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities of Shipping Clerk:

• Pick, package, and ship sales orders accurately and on time
• Label, weigh, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring correct shipping methods and charges
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, parcels, and correspondence
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)
• Coordinate with shipping team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Communicate effectively with logistics personnel, customer service, and service providers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Provide backup support for shipping, receiving, and quality control functions as needed
• Ensure products are stored properly and handled with care

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
• Prior forklift or pallet jack experience beneficial
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-goal oriented environment
• Ability to multitask and maintain pace
• Basic Computer and data entry skills
• Must maintain a work ready space
• Have a growth and constant learning mindset

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and pull for an eight hour shift.
Most items weigh less than 25 pounds

Ability to move at a swift and steady pace

Schedule:
Mon-Wednesday guaranteed 6:00-2:30pm, with opportunities for peak performers to work on Thursday and Friday.

What we offer:
Starting wage is $17.00/hr
