Responsibilities
Evaluate and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Help patients improve skills for daily living, self-care, and functional independence
Provide interventions for patients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges
Collaborate closely with OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families for holistic care
Document progress accurately and timely to support quality care and compliance
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of WY or ability to obtain license
Experience in post-acute or SNF setting preferred, but new grads are welcome
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
