Mold Setter

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary at any time

1. Perform removal and set up of molds, secondary and auxiliary equipment per set up documentation

2. Ensure that material packaging and supporting equipment are in place and ready to complete the set up and start production

3. Clean loaders, grinders, and hoppers along with other auxiliary equipment and area surrounding the press

4. Load and unload material according to specifications

5. Assure scrap issues are recorded and addressed and corrected in a timely manner

6. Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner

7. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping and standards

8. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalency, required
• 3+ years' experience as a Mold Setter preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent mechanical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills

Compensation details: 32-34 Hourly Wage
