NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Assembly – | Brillion, WI
Start at $20.00/hour with overtime available on Fridays (mandatory based on production needs). Join a clean, team-based manufacturing environment with training provided.

• 1st shift, 4-day schedule: Monday–Thursday
• Early start / early finish
  • 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Plant 3) or 4:45 AM – 2:45 PM (Plant 1)
• Overtime on Fridays based on production needs
• Steady work with a large team (17 openings)

What you’ll do

• Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
• Follow standard work and safety procedures
• Rotate and assist across stations to keep production moving
• Learn to operate equipment as needed (training provided)
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals

What it takes

Required

• Able to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Comfortable with repetitive motion (bending, twisting, reaching overhead, fine hand work)
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

• Manufacturing/assembly experience
• Experience with hand/power tools
