End Date: 06/30/2027 (approximate, based on schedule)
Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (including call rotation)
Hours/week: Full-time (varying based on schedule)

License/Certifications: Active Physician Assistant license preferred
Experience: Prior cardiothoracic surgery experience required Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do
Conduct daily rounds, including discharge and post-op patients
Assist with hospital admissions, including ICU and OR procedures
Manage medications, order labs, and oversee diagnostic testing
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient consults
Support first assisting in complex cardiac surgeries including robotic and traditional procedures
Perform chest tube management, wound closure, and patient discharge summaries
Respond to emergency cases as part of rotating on-call duties
Provide patient care in high-acuity cardiothoracic units What You Need
Valid Physician Assistant license in Washington (or eligible)
Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery, ICU, and OR settings
Strong clinical skills in postoperative care and patient management
Ability to work flexible hours including call shifts and weekends
