We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Williamsburg, Virginia who wants schedule flexibility, leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children and families through evidence-based ABA services.
You'll step into a clinical leadership role focused on overseeing ABA treatment programs for children ages 2-17. You'll provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
You'll practice in Williamsburg, Virginia, a historic community known for its colonial charm, family-friendly atmosphere, and excellent quality of life with convenient access to Richmond, Norfolk, and the Virginia coast.

• You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• You hold an active Virginia BCBA license
• You have strong leadership and team development skills
• You are experienced with behavioral assessments and behavior reduction strategies
• You are comfortable supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training
• You hold current CPR/First Aid certification
• You have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• You have reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $80,000-$100,000 based on experience
