Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX: Glaucoma practice in need of an additional glaucoma specialist to join a rapidly expanding practice with focus is on providing quality care for glaucoma patients in the community and surrounding areas. Join 1 MD and 1 glaucoma certified OD. Glaucoma and cataract volume available. Mentorship is available. Outstanding, team-oriented practice environment with a strong focus on clinical excellence, professionalism, and positive work culture. 7,500 square foot well equipped, computer saavy office is extremely high tech with one satellite location 30 minutes apart serviced by an exceptional trained and certified staff along with robust EMR technology. Great technical assistance with knowledgeable scribes. State of the art equipment including Yag, Argon, SLT, Visual field, Fundus camera. Strong MD/OD referral base. The practice has a large patient base which is supported by a full-time patient relations/practice development department. This practice is referral based; providers in the practice share call and patient care responsibility. No hospital/ER call. Great work- life balance with a 4.5-day work week. 100% physician owned surgery center on site at the main location. Partnership opportunities into the practice and ASC.
