This is a unique opportunity to practice in aPhysician-ledenvironment that prioritizesquality care, community well-being, and work life balancethrough innovative, AI-integrated support systems.CHRISTUS Mother Frances in Tyler, TX is seeking a dynamic and team orientated Pediatric Hospitalist to join an established team. 100% inpatient.Womens and Childrens Services available: OB/GYN, MFM, Level 3 NICU, Pedi GI, Pedi Endo and Pedi Surgery.CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic:

• Team:Work alongside 2 experienced physicians and 2 APCs

• Size:Over 1500 Physicians and APCs in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and ArkansasPosition Highlights:
  • Work Type:Full-Time, 100% inpatient
  • Schedule: 24 hour shifts a month (not on-site the entire shift)
  • Patient Volume:8-10 on Pedi Floor and 20 (max) Newborns
  • Facility:Level II Trauma Center, 28-bed Level III NICU, 500+ bed Hospital
  • Technology:AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
