Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian (remote) - LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

OdomRD is growing-and we're looking for a Registered Dietitian who values flexibility, autonomy, and being part of a supportive, dietitian-led team. This is a part-time remote role.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will:

• Provide clinical nutrition care for residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and document care for residents with:
• Wounds
• Renal conditions
• Weight changes
• Tube feeding
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, therapy teams, and food service staff
• Perform nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPEs)
• Participate in and support Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance efforts
• Serve as an active contributor to the interdisciplinary team (IDT)

What We're Looking For

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
• Experience in LTC (long-term care) and PointClickCare
• Strong foundation in clinical nutrition & medical nutrition therapy (MNT)
• Experience in long-term care or clinical settings preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
