At FYZICAL Bryan (owner-operated), we've built a structured system where:
- documentation is completed during the workday
- schedules are controlled-not chaotic
- clinicians have real input into patient flow
Quick Overview
- Base Pay: $82,500 - $90,000
- Earnings: Many earn 15-20% above base
- Schedule: 4- or 5-day options (40 hours)
- Volume (actual patients seen):8 hr: 11-12/day
- 10 hr: 13-14/day
- Documentation: Done during the workday using Prompt EMR (no take-home notes once workflows are established)
