  Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  Provide supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
  Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
  Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
  Work at unit level providing emergency department nursing services
  Required scrub color: Royal Blue
