Aramark Nexus is hiring an Assistant Food Service Manager for Caprock, a new hospitality and residential workforce community located outside Pampa, Texas. This full-time food service management role includes room and board, competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to help lead dining operations in a growing, high-volume hospitality environment.
The Assistant Food Service Manager will support daily food service operations, residential dining, cafeteria service, front-of-house dining, prepared food service, and team leadership. This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience as a Food Service Supervisor, Dining Manager, Cafeteria Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor, Hospitality Manager, or Assistant Dining Services Manager.
In this role, you will help oversee the dining experience for residents living and working on site at Caprock. You will partner with the Food Service Director to lead team members, support service standards, maintain food safety and sanitation expectations, manage front-of-house execution, and help ensure meals are prepared and served with consistency, quality, and care.
This is a hands-on leadership position in a unique workforce housing and hospitality setting. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced dining operation, coaching hourly team members, supporting daily meal periods, solving operational issues, and maintaining a strong customer service culture. Experience in restaurants, cafeterias, senior living dining, campus dining, healthcare food service, corporate dining, hotel food and beverage, or high-volume hospitality operations can translate well to this role.
Caprock is located outside Pampa, Texas, and room and board are included with this position. Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site residential community environment where food service, hospitality, teamwork, safety, and resident experience are central to daily operations.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
