This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers end-to-end retirement plan operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all plan processes, including eligibility, contributions, distributions, reporting, and recordkeeping integrity. Primary resource for NDT and audits.
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing qualified retirement plans, including ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements, and implements regulatory updates into plan operations and documentation.
Serves as program owner for retirement plans, providing overall governance, operational oversight, and alignment with organizational strategy and plan design intent.
Partners with external vendors, including recordkeepers, and consultants, to ensure effective service delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing performance management.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders including but not limited to HR and Payroll to ensure accurate data exchange, consistent processes, and effective retirement plan administration.
Leads retirement plan design changes, system enhancements, and implementation initiatives, ensuring successful execution and clear cross-functional communication.
Manages retirement governance activities, including committee support, reporting, documentation, and preparation of materials to support decision-making and oversight.
Serves as escalation point for complex participant issues and drives continuous improvement efforts, including process optimization, communication support, and moderately complex retirement-related projects.
