Location: Greenville, SC (Serving Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson & Upstate SC within a 90-minute radius)

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Home for dinner by 5:30 PM)

Pay & Financials: Top-tier market pay (weekly pay) + Annual Profit Sharing ($1-$4/hr per employee tenure) + Christmas Bonus

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Lead System Installer to drive top-quality commercial installations, direct field crews, and mentor junior technicians on large equipment replacements across our commercial and industrial client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive top-quality commercial HVAC installation projects and large equipment replacements.

• Direct field crews on job sites and mentor junior technicians.

• Work on heavy mechanical installations, including packaged rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and associated ducting or piping systems.

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork.

• Demonstrated experience leading commercial HVAC installation projects.

• Ability to direct field crews and mentor emerging trade technicians.
