Renown Health is looking for a dynamic, healthcare-savvy RN to join our IT team as a Principal Trainer. In this role, you'll lead end-user training for our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring our clinical teams are empowered to deliver high-quality care through technology.

What We're Looking For:

  • RN license at hire: Must have a valid State of Nevada Registered Nurse license.
  • EMR Certification: Must obtain and maintain EPIC EMR Certification(s) within 1 year.
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably with EMR systems and clinical training/education.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience delivering training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, simulation).
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Flexibility for virtual training sessions, which may include evenings and weekends.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, testing, and delivery of EMR training programs.
  • Build and maintain training environments and materials tailored to clinical workflows.
  • Serve as the go-to clinical expert for EMR questions, workflow integration, and system enhancements.
  • Facilitate meetings and training sessions with end-users, leaders, and vendors.
  • Support change management initiatives and act as a trusted advisor for clinical adoption.
