Dental Hygienist

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45am - 5:00pm Friday: 7:45am - 4:00pm

We are a well-established private dental office in Silver City, NM, seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Our practice has a loyal patient base that values long-term relationships and quality care. What We're Looking For:

Licensed RDH (If not licensed in NM, will help with licensing and fees)

Friendly, approachable personality with excellent patient communication skills

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality care

Team-oriented mindset-willing to collaborate with doctors, assistants, front office staff

Open to new graduates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn

Your Day-to-Day

See 8 patients per day

Provide preventive care, patient education, and charting

Maintain instruments and hygiene ops, support with cancellations or downtime

Help patients transition smoothly from long-time providers, building trust and confidence
