Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Fremont Therapy & Wellness is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing, award-winning, locally owned outpatient clinic. We are open to both an experienced PT looking for leadership growth/position and a new graduate eager to learn, develop strong clinical skills, and build a long-term career with our team.

At FTW, we believe traditional care is not enough. We provide 1:1 patient-focused treatment, 40-minute visits, and utilize advanced rehab technology to help patients achieve better outcomes and visibly see their improvements. Our clinic treats a wide variety of patients and conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-op rehab, sports rehab, chronic and acute neck and low back pain, balance issues, dizziness, Parkinson's, generalized weakness, and more. Ideal candidate would be a therapist who enjoys seeing this variety of patient types throughout their day. 45% of our caseload is 65+ y/o. Average caseload is 10 patients in 8 hour day. No doubling.

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care

Build strong relationships with patients, coworkers, and referral sources

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Nebraska

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, dependable, and team-oriented

Passion for patient care and clinical excellence

Schedule

Flexible schedule options available (4 day week, 4.5 day week, 5 day week)

Clinic hours: Monday-Thurs, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 7AM - 5:00PM - No weekends or Holidays.
