We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist or a Master's therapist/counselor to join our team at Trinity Psychological Services, a Christian practice in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychotherapy, with experience in various therapeutic modalities with an emphasis on psychodynamic, trauma, and interpersonal approaches to treatment. Referrals can range from children to adults, and primary care occurs in an outpatient setting. The therapist should be prepared to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, marital/couples, and possibly group therapy. Role Description
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide psychotherapy using in-depth treatment approaches with an understanding of psychodynamic interventions and case conceptualization. This focus allows for deeper healing regarding trauma and relational healing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide supervision and training to interns or junior staff as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients.
- Offer telehealth services to accommodate patients' needs.
- Work with individuals with disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
- 15-30 hours per week with an expected income of $100-200k per year
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution OR a Master's degree in counseling (LMHP or LCSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as an LP or LMHP.
- If pre-licensed and accruing hours for licensure, then the candidate should plan to seek supervision outside of Trinity.
- Strong background in psychotherapy, psychological testing, intake assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Familiarity with group therapy techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Ability to communicate concerns with supervisors, employers, and team members in a respectful and confident manner.
- Provide clinical feedback and consultation to other clinicians at Trinity.
