What will you be doing?
Recruit, hire, lead, coach, and support a geographically dispersed team of Field and Virtual Service Representatives.
Conduct regular field rides and ride-alongstoobservecustomer engagements, reinforce strategic messaging, provide real-time coaching, and ensure consistent execution of programobjectives.
Serve as the operational liaison between field teams, internal stakeholders, and client leadership.
Monitor program performance metrics and partner with senior leadership to ensure goals and timelines are achieved.
Identifyoperational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.
Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure team readiness and compliance.
Support quality improvement initiatives designed to strengthen field effectiveness.
Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (time reporting, system updates, summaries).
Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and all compliance standards.
What do you need for this position?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field-based Operations Manager or Sales Leadership role
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sales management preferred
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead field-based teams
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to travel regularly for in-field coaching and ride-alongs(anticipatedaverage 20–30%, varies by district)
Overnight travelrequired
Ability to work independently and use sound judgment when managing escalated issues
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
The base payrange for this position is $91K – $169K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
