Associate Veterinarian - Clarke Animal Hospital Spring Lake, Michigan Clarke Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established, collaborative, and growing companion animal practice near the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. We are a 4-doctor small animal hospital serving a loyal and engaged client base throughout the Spring Lake and Norton Shores communities. Our clients value quality medicine and are receptive to diagnostics and treatment recommendations, allowing our doctors to practice thoughtful and thorough veterinary care. Experienced Support Team Our hospital is built around a highly experienced and dependable support staff that allows doctors to focus on practicing medicine efficiently and confidently. Strong team tenure, including a Lead LVT with 20 years of experience Multiple LVTs on staff Typically 2 dedicated support staff members per doctor Technicians are empowered to work at the top of their license Leadership team committed to maintaining a positive, respectful workplace culture Schedule & Work-Life Balance We believe sustainable schedules lead to better medicine and happier teams. Open to full-time or part-time candidates Rotating Saturday schedule (approximately 1 Saturday every 2 months) Clinic open only 2 Saturdays per month Emphasis on efficient scheduling and manageable caseloads to support predictable workdays Facility & Medical Capabilities Our well-equipped hospital supports a wide variety of medical and surgical services, including: Digital radiography and digital dental radiography Ultrasound In-house laboratory Dedicated surgery suite with 2 surgery tables 2 anesthesia machines with advanced monitoring Fully digital medical records 6 exam rooms, including a dedicated comfort room Room for future growth and expansion Professional Environment We welcome veterinarians at various stages of their careers, including early-career doctors who are comfortable practicing with collaborative support available from the team.
