Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Lansing Center

Mercy Plus is growing! We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Lansing Center and help lead high-quality ABA services for children and families. If you enjoy collaborative clinical work, mentoring behavior technicians, and making a real impact, we'd love to meet you.


Key Responsibilities:

Billable expectation: 25 hours per week


Clinical Leadership

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians

Team Development

  • Train and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Provide ongoing supervision and feedback
  • Support clinical students and developing clinicians

Collaboration

  • Partner with families to ensure treatment plans are effective and practical
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development

Clinical Operations

  • Maintain documentation, billing, and supervision records
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards


Qualifications

  • BACB Certification (BCBA required or BCaBA pursuing BCBA)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • Willingness to be trained in QBS SafetyCare techniques
