The Bi-lingual Outpatient Clinician will provide comprehensive culturally competent clinical services, including individual, couples, family and group therapy in clinic and community settings. Specific job duties include the following: (1) Provide comprehensive intake assessments to children, adults and families; (2) Provide individual and family treatment to children, adults and families; (3) Coordinate home visits and maintain contact with clients families, as appropriate; (4) Develop Individual Action Plans, including treatment modalities and measurable goals in partnership with the Person Served by the end of the second session; (5) Administer pre and post clinical screens to measure treatment progress; (6) Develop discharge plans for aftercare, as needed, for Persons Served upon meeting treatment goals; (7) Obtain written authorizations for communication and treatment planning with other treatment provider and significant others in the life of a Person Served life; (8) Complete and maintain all documentation of clinical services within 24 hours following the treatment session excluding weekends and holidays in keeping with policies and procedures; (9) Provide coverage for caseload, including requests for urgent appointments during regularly scheduled hours and phone consultation after hours, as needed; (10) Ensure that clients are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates Human Rights Policy; (11) Adhere to all principles related to the Advocates Way; (12) Attend and actively participate in supervision, teaming and clinical rounds with medical team; (13) Perform all duties in accordance with the agencys policies and procedures; and (14) Strictly follow all agency Performance Standards. Salary: Seventy-three thousand one hundred ninety-five dollars and twenty cents per year. Telecommuting is permitted 1 day per week. Requirements & Qualifications: The employer requires at least a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field and two (2) years of work experience in any occupation involving work within an outpatient setting. Candidate must also have full professional or native bilingual language fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, as well as the ability to use Electronic Health Records to document medically necessary clinical services.
