        • Conduct patient rounds with residents in inpatient neurosurgery
        • Review patient plans, input orders, and manage discharges
        • See patients needing follow-up or urgent care assessments
        • Assist in removing drains (hemovac, JP drains)
        • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
        • Document and update patient records using Epic EMRWhat You Need
          Required:
          • MA State License and Board Certification in Neurosurgery
          • Minimum 1 year experience in neurosurgery
          • Ability to independently review and manage patient needs
            Preferred:
            • Experience removing drains (hemovac/Jp drains)About the Assignment
