The Mission

At ProVention Plus, we have moved beyond the traditional spa and clinic models. We bring elite-level manual therapy and performance coaching directly to the men and women building America's most critical infrastructure. We're working on a major Data Center project in Rayville, LA where you would not just be a service provider, you would be a specialist using your skills to help people who physically push themselves to the limit every day, people who genuinely need your expertise and appreciate it.

The Opportunity

We are looking for professionals who take themselves and their careers seriously. If you are tired of chasing clients, relying on tips, or trading your nights and weekends for inconsistent income, this role was built for you. You show up, provide expert care, and get paid a guaranteed salary with no commission anxiety and no "no show, no pay."

This is also not a one-off gig. We provide relocation assistance to get you here, and when this project wraps, we support your move to the next major site in our national pipeline. This is a career, not just a contract.

Compensation and Benefits

• $70,000 base salary, guaranteed.
• Up to $80,000 per year including performance and loyalty bonuses.
• Full health and dental insurance.
• 1-year contracts that auto-renew.
• Relocation assistance to the greater Monroe / West Monroe Louisiana area.

cost of living is significantly lower in Monroe/West Monroe Louisiana than in most of the country.

Schedule

• Early morning start time that wraps up by mid-afternoon.

Your Role

Day to day, you will work as a bridge between manual therapy and movement coaching, both independently and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering 1:1 manual therapy sessions focused on building resilience against potential soft tissue injuries.
• Leading morning dynamic warm-ups to prepare the workforce for their shift.
• Educating workers on movement and recovery strategies to extend their longevity on the job.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently licensed massage therapist (LMT) in good standing.
• Genuine passion for wellness, fitness, and recovery.
• Punctual, reliable, and takes ownership of their work.
• Conversational Spanish is a must. Fluency is a significant advantage.
• Relocating from out of state? We assist with the licensing transfer process.
