Staff Relief Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Baxley, Georgia.Job Description & Requirements

  • Employment Type: TravelFacility: Small rural acute care facility (low census)We are seeking a strong, flexible RN who is comfortable working in a rural setting where you may be the only RN on shift alongside LPNs and CNAs. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is confident, adaptable, and ready to take on a leadership-style role in a supportive environment.Charge RN Responsibilities:You may be acting as charge RN during your shifts, overseeing patient care and supporting the clinical team. Prior charge experience is preferred but not required.We fully support onboarding success. You will receive one full week of training on the unit to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in the role before working independently.We have successfully placed nurses in this exact setting who had no prior charge experience, and they transitioned smoothly without feeling overwhelmed.Highlights:
    • Low census, manageable workload
    • Supportive training period (1 week orientation)
    • LPN and CNA support staff on shift
    • Great opportunity to build charge RN experience
