Nmble Medical is partnering with a 5-star outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in beautiful Sanibel, Florida to add a Physical Therapist to their dedicated and patient-focused team.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence-based care, patient education, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy skills a plus
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Commitment to high-quality, outcome-driven care
