MFM Physician Needed in Delaware
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $500000.00 - $600000.00

A highly respected Maternal-Fetal Medicine group in Delaware is seeking a dedicated MFM physician to join its growing, physician-led practice. • 4-Day Workweek: Enjoy a flexible schedule with one dedicated day off

• Balanced Lifestyle: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule

• No In-House Call: Phone call only

• High-Volume Practice: Established referral base across multiple sites

• Advanced Technology: AI-enabled ultrasound upgrades + strong sonographer support

• Collaborative Team: Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff

• Academic Opportunities: Teach residents, fellows, and students

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary

• Partnership Track: 2–3 years with strong earning upside

• High Earning Potential: $600K–$800K+ post-partnership

• Sign-On & Relocation Available

• CME + PTO: $3,000 stipend + 1 week CME + generous time off
