Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

We are currently collaborating with a thriving home health organization in search of a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is well-suited for an RN who thrives in a role that offers autonomy, case management responsibilities, and the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with patients within a home care environment.

The RN will be responsible for delivering expert nursing care to patients residing in Aurora, Central Denver, and the Littleton area.

The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

• Commencing patient care visits
• Conducting routine skilled nursing visits
• Handling recertifications
• Managing discharges
• Ongoing case management

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

• Medication management
• Wound care
• Coordinating with therapy services
• Providing patient education and devising care plans

• Consistent Monday to Friday schedule
• Supportive and expanding clinical team
• Flexibility in territory coverage and scheduling
• Potential for long-term placement and career advancement
• Engagement in a collaborative environment with existing RN and LPN support colleagues
