Entry-Level Machine Operator- Therma/Vibra Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Training will be provided.

Work Environment:

• The warehouse ishot and well-ventilated. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision.

• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished parts.

• Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.

• Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 months prior experience required; manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus.

• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
