Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care

Pay: $59.00 per hour

T&T is seeking RN's for PRN opportunities at a local hospital in Rancho, this is a 55-bed long-term acute care hospital, experience to provide high-quality care to medically complex patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition

• Administer medications and treatments safely

• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support nursing staff

• Educate patients and families and assist with discharge planning

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license

• BLS & ACLS certifications required

• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience

• Strong clinical and communication skills

Licensure & Certifications

• Do you currently hold an active California RN license?

• Do you have current BLS and ACLS certifications?

• Are your certifications issued by the American Heart Association?

Experience

• How many years of critical care (ICU/Step-down/LTAC) experience do you have?

• What types of units have you worked in (ICU, LTAC, telemetry, med-surg)?

• Have you worked in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting before?
