We are currently pursuing a search for the ideal candidate as our new Back Office Medical Assistant. Our practice consists of 2 full time physicians, 1 full time Nurse Practitioner, ultrasound services 5 days/week and 8 full time staff employees, all located in a beautiful appointed office space in Newport Beach, California. The right candidate for this position must the following core competencies to be successful in this position: Superior customer service skills Compassion Excellent at multi-tasking Flexibility Hard working Conflict resolution Team work Dedication Dependability Detail Oriented Ability to work under pressure Qualifications: Medical Assistant certification OB/GYN experience preferred Primary care experience preferred 5 years of experience Leadership skills Salary is dependent on experience.
