    • Work in a skilled nursing facility with some outpatient therapy responsibilities
    • Patient population consists of individuals requiring rehabilitation to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
    • Schedule options include Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Monday-Friday
    • Position may require floating to a nearby sister facility within walking distance
    • Documentation is completed using Net Health EMRRequirements
      • Active Physical Therapist license in California required if applicable
      • Current BLS or BCLS certification required
      • SNF experience preferred; mentorship is available for those with 0-1 years experience
      • Strong documentation and time-management skills required
      • Flexible and collaborative work approach preferredAdditional Information
        • Primary responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing setting
        • Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team
