Full-Time Occupational Therapist opportunity in San Francisco, CA working with aPACE program supporting older adults.

This role focuses on OT assessments, care planning, home safety evaluations, and working closely with an interdisciplinary care team to support participants in maintaining independence and quality of life.

Requirements:
