Duration: 13 Weeks to 26 weeks Contract

Pay Rate: $59 - $77.75/Hourly on W2

Schedule: 3x12s, 4x10, 5x8 (depending on the location shift valid)

Available Locations: Sunnyvale, CA Sonoma, CA Salinas, CA Petaluma, CA San Ramon, CA

Job Description:

• Occupational Therapist -
• Supportive interdisciplinary team and experienced leadership
• Modern therapy gym and equipment

• Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, function, and safety
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams
• Maintain compliant documentation
• Qualifications:
• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• BLS Certification (required for Home Health)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred (not required)
