Now Hiring: Inpatient Pharmacist (Day/Night Shift New Grads Welcome!)

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Inpatient Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care by providing clinical services, medication management, education, and distribution. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services
• Review and manage medication therapy plans based on patient diagnoses
• Offer medication education to patients and healthcare staff
• Ensure safe preparation and distribution of medications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Support and assist in training/orienting pharmacy staff as needed

Requirements:

• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) from an accredited institution
• Active Pharmacist License (PHARMD or PHARMR)
• Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and critical thinking skills

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Night Shift: 5x8-Hour (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
