We are seeking a Clinical Educator to provide expert training and support to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of medical technologies in clinical and surgical environments.
Territories included: San Diego and Las Vegas
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on training and education to physicians, nurses, and clinical staff on proper use of medical equipment and technologies
Support installation and onboarding of newly purchased equipment
Provide ongoing customer education to reinforce best practices and confidence in device usage
Serve as a technical resource for clinical questions and troubleshooting
Gather and communicate user feedback and customer insights to internal teams
Partner with sales and service teams to support customer education initiatives and identify opportunities for additional training
Present clinical and technical information to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of site visits, trainings, and customer interactions
Minimum Qualifications:
Nursing degree required - LPN, APN or BSN
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Experience delivering clinical or technical training preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical background such as nursing or allied health
Experience in a medical device or hospital environment
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfort working in clinical and procedural environments
