Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned commercial service accounts
+ Ensure clients receive exceptional service and timely resolution of operational issues
+ Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility service teams to drive successful service delivery
+ Conduct regular client meetings, account reviews, and satisfaction discussions
+ Monitor service performance metrics, work order completion, response times, and customer satisfaction
+ Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen partnerships
+ Support contract renewals, service agreement reviews, and account retention initiatives
+ Partner with business development teams to identify account expansion opportunities
+ Maintain accurate CRM documentation, account activity, and client communications
+ Prepare account performance reports and participate in internal account review meetings
+ Facilitate successful onboarding and transition of newly awarded service accounts
Qualifications -
+ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
+ 5+ years of account management, customer success, client relations, facilities management, property management, or service operations experience
+ Experience supporting commercial facilities, HVAC service, mechanical services, building operations, construction services, or related industries preferred
+ Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously
+ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
+ Experience working cross-functionally with operations and service teams
+ Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
+ Data-driven approach to performance tracking and customer satisfaction
