Physical Medicine and Rehab - Physician

Concentra is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in Phoenix, AZ . This part-time opportunity requires just two 3-hour weekday clinic sessions per month, making it easy to complement an existing private practice, procedural schedule, or employed role.

In this role, physicians provide comprehensive, non-operative musculoskeletal care in an established outpatient occupational medicine clinic, including:

• Evaluation and management of work-related injuries
• Ongoing follow-up care
• Musculoskeletal injections and in-office procedures
• Coordination of care with physical therapy to support functional recovery and return to work

You'll practice with full onsite clinical support, including a dedicated medical assistant, onsite X-ray imaging, and physical therapy services, while Concentra manages all scheduling and administrative responsibilities.
