Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Resource Management Analyst to support technology leadership teams by driving resource planning, forecasting, financial tracking, vendor management, and operational governance activities. The role involves managing headcount planning, onboarding/offboarding processes, budget forecasting, reporting, audit tracking, and compliance coordination. The candidate will partner with business managers, project teams, and senior stakeholders to provide executive-level reporting and ensure effective operational execution across the organization.
