Les Jeux is an elevated social game lounge redefining the way people gather, connect, and play. Featuring Mahjong, classic board games, and card games, our concept brings people together in a fun, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed social setting. With photo opportunities around every corner, Les Jeux is more than just a game lounge — it's a destination for entertainment, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and personable Lounge Hosts to join our team! As a Lounge Host, you will be the face of Les Jeux, responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing position that combines hospitality, entertainment, and customer service. Lounge Hosts are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, booking reservations, assisting with game setups, maintaining the lounge, and ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their visit.

Our Lounge Hosts do more than provide customer service — they help create the fun, social atmosphere that makes Les Jeux unique.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Warmly greet and welcome every guest upon arrival.


• Check in guests, confirm reservations, and escort guests to their assigned tables.


• Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure their tables are properly prepared.


• Answer guest questions regarding games, pricing, reservations, lounge offerings, and policies.


• Provide exceptional hospitality and remain attentive to guests throughout their visit.


• Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment.


• Encourage guests to take photos, share their experiences, and return for future visits.


• Address guest concerns professionally and communicate any issues to management.

Phones, Reservations & Bookings

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.


• Book, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations using the company's booking system.


• Respond to guest questions regarding availability, pricing, game options, and private events.


• Manage guest check-ins, walk-ins, and reservation schedules.


• Assist with coordinating group bookings, private parties, and special events.


• Maintain accurate reservation details and communicate special requests to management.


• Help maximize table availability and ensure efficient seating arrangements.

Games & Table Setup

• Assist guests with selecting Mahjong, classic board games, and card games.


• Set up game tables with all necessary pieces, accessories, and equipment before guests begin playing.


• Explain basic game rules, answer questions, and assist guests with learning how to play.


• Ensure guests feel comfortable and confident getting started with their games.


• Monitor game tables and assist guests when additional help is needed.


• Clean, organize, and reset game tables between reservations.


• Ensure all game pieces and accessories are accounted for and properly maintained.


• Assist with themed game nights, special events, and group activities.

Food, Beverage & Inventory

• Regularly restock water, beverages, snacks, food items, and other guest amenities.


• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when products or supplies are running low.


• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage and food areas.


• Assist guests with available food and beverage offerings.


• Ensure all products are properly displayed, stored, and rotated as needed.


• Keep refrigerators, storage areas, and guest service stations clean and organized.


• Follow applicable food safety and sanitation procedures.

Lounge Appearance & Daily Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing lounge at all times.


• Ensure tables, chairs, game stations, and photo opportunities are consistently presentable.


• Clean and reset tables promptly between guest reservations.


• Assist with opening and closing procedures.


• Restock restrooms, guest supplies, and other essential items throughout the day.


• Maintain the overall appearance of the lounge to Les Jeux brand standards.


• Assist with general cleaning, organization, and daily operational tasks.


• Support management and fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements



• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.


• Comfortable answering phones, managing reservations, and interacting with guests.


• Ability to confidently explain games and assist guests with table setups.


• Willingness to learn Mahjong, classic board games, and card games.


• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced social environment.


• Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and creating memorable guest experiences.


• Previous customer service, hospitality, or entertainment experience preferred but not required.


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Reliable, professional, punctual, and team-oriented.
