Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment applications, and account reconciliations.


• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices.


• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.


• Assist with cash applications and maintain accurate customer account records.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related questions and ensure timely payments.


• Reconcile AR accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.


• Ensure accounts receivable processes and documentation comply with applicable insurance requirements, company policies, and relevant regulations.


• Maintain organized records and support process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.


• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable compliance requirements.


• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow professionally.
