The Role at a glance:

We’re seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while serving as a key business partner to segment leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial management who enjoys analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, and providing meaningful financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

The Finance Manager will play an important role in managing financial reporting, monitoring business performance, and supporting the achievement of financial goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial data, developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, and translating financial results into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can balance day-to-day financial responsibilities with longer-term planning and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead the annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, partnering with business leaders to develop accurate financial projections and establish performance targets.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, budget-to-actual comparisons, variance analysis, and key financial performance indicators.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability, manage costs, and support business growth.
  • Partner closely with segment leadership and operational teams to provide financial guidance, evaluate business performance, and support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, business planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize financial reporting and data visualization tools, including Power BI, to develop dashboards, automate reporting, and improve visibility into key financial and operational metrics.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities by partnering with accounting and shared services teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial presentations, management reports, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership, clearly communicating financial results, business drivers, and recommendations.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and other financial performance drivers to identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and improved financial results.
  • Track progress against annual financial objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and work with business leaders to develop corrective action plans when performance deviates from expectations.
  • Support financial process improvements, reporting enhancements, system implementations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial visibility.
  • Serve as a hands-on finance partner, balancing strategic financial analysis with the execution of day-to-day financial planning, reporting, and operational support responsibilities.
What we're looking for:

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience partnering with shared services finance or accounting teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in commercial finance, pricing analysis, or margin optimization.
  • Background partnering with sales, marketing, or operations to influence growth strategies.
  • Experience leading or supporting system transformation or process automation initiatives.
