IT Field Technician - Need WA Locals

Job Ttle: IT Field Technician

Location: Kent, WA – Ballard, WA 100% Onsite

Required to travel to various locations between Kent, WA – Ballard, WA

Should have a valid drivers license and working vehicle (Mileage will be reimbursed)

Duration: 3 month contract – high likelihood of converting to Full-time

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in hands-on IT support experience, providing end-user support across multiple office locations.


• Experience managing support tickets through, including troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving issues from start to finish.


• Hands-on experience building and configuring computers from scratch, managing software licenses, and handling user permissions.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory,

· Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including diagnosing and triaging offline computers.

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support a wide range of users, from plant and warehouse employees to executives.

Work Description:

• Level 1 and 2 desktop support to corporate, remote, and plant employees.


• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and general network connectivity issues.


• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other business applications.


• Document support requests, maintain technical records, and assist with inventory


• Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and system performance.


• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues and provide knowledge sharing and user training.
