Real Estate Associate

Our client, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Miami office. This position offers significant client interaction and a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and/or secured financings. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills, a strong academic background, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients on complex real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.


• Assist with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and secured financings.


• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and transaction documents.


• Conduct legal research and due diligence related to real estate transactions.


• Advise clients on transactional issues, contractual obligations, and potential legal risks.


• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to structure and execute real estate transactions.


• Manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.


• Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice.


• Deliver high-quality legal work while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of real estate transactional experience.


• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and/or secured financings.


• Excellent drafting, negotiating, research, and analytical skills.


• Strong academic credentials.


• Experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm preferred.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a sophisticated, collaborative environment.


• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service.
